Bio | I graduated with a PhD from the Dept of History, NUI Maynooth, in 2012. The subject of my thesis was a comparative study of the lives of Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic clergy in the south-eastern dioceses of Ireland between 1550 and 1650. I completed my dissertation under the supervision of Professor Colm Lennon. I am currently conducting a study of the fate of Catholic priests in Ireland in the immediate aftermath of the Cromwellian conquest. I also work as a presenter/producer of music programmes with RTE Raidió na Gaeltachta and as an arts administrator. |
