Bio | Andrew is a historian specializing in Irish military history in the eighteenth century. His PhD dissertation, supervised by Prof. James Kelly explored the experience of soldiering in Ireland in the eighteenth century, examining the topic from perspectives of both the soldier and society. He is now the Research and Policy Officer for the Centre for Economics, Policy and History in Trinity College Dublin. |
