The Irish Association of Professional Historians is delighted announce the winners of the 2022 Bursary scheme.
Dr Deirdre NĂ Chonaile has been awarded a bursary to produce a bicentenary edition of the 1821 Aran census with historical and contemporary annotations by islanders.
Dr Conor Heffernan has been awarded a bursary towards the costs of a two-day conference on ‘Irish Sporting Lives’, to be hosted at Ulster University in November 2022.
