Are you a professional historian or are you enrolled in a PhD programme? Are you 1) keen to tell your peers about your research; 2) learn what your peers are researching; and 3) engage and network with your peers: PhD students, early career and established researchers?

If so, then ‘Research Night’ is for you.

Being keen to facilitate research dissemination, networking and professional development amongst all historians in Ireland, the IAPH committee is happy to announce this presentation event. ‘Research Night’ will be a useful promotional and networking event for the benefit of all the above from across the island of Ireland.

This event will take place at the National Library of Ireland on 24 May 2018 and will comprise a number of informal research presentations (5-7 mins max), followed by a networking session in Buswell’s Hotel bar (refreshments provided).

Historians at all career stages, including Members and Non-Members, are invited present their research, or just to attend and keep up to date with exciting new developments in Irish historical research.

Please note this event is free. Email info@iaph.ie to sign up.
